Cancellation Policy for MS Cosmetic

Cancellation Timeframes

  1. For Customers in Erbil:

    • Customers located within Erbil have up to 6 hours from the time of placing their order to cancel it online.

  2. For Customers Outside Erbil (e.g., Baghdad, Basra, etc.):

    • Customers outside Erbil have up to 24 hours from the time of placing their order to cancel it online.

To cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, you can use any of the following methods:

    • Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

    • Follow the cancellation instructions.

  2. Mobile App:

    • Log in to your account on the MS Cosmetic mobile app.

    • Go to your order history, choose the order you want to cancel, and follow the cancellation steps.

  3. Contact Us:

    • If you encounter any issues canceling online, contact us through the following channels:

      • Direct Inbox: Send us a message via the direct inbox feature in your account.

Delivery Fee Policy for Late Cancellations

If the cancellation timeframe has elapsed and the order has already been processed or dispatched:

  • The customer will be responsible for paying the delivery fee if they decide not to accept the product upon delivery.

  • The product itself will remain the property of MS Cosmetic, and no further charges will apply.

Important Notes

  • Strict Time Limits: Orders cannot be canceled after the stated 6-hour or 24-hour windows, depending on your location.

  • Immediate Dispatch: For expedited or same-day delivery orders, cancellations may not be possible once the order is dispatched.

  • Delivery Fee Payment: Customers refusing to accept the order after the cancellation window will be charged for the delivery fee only.
